Meet The Team
The year was 1982…Ronald Reagan was in the White House, Michael Jackson released Thriller, and Barney Inman completed his MBA at The University of Texas at Arlington, married his bride and current boss (she's the majority owner of IPT) Susan Inman, and started working for a local promotional company in Dallas, Texas. Three children and ten years later, Inman Promotional Team was launched in 1992. Child #4 completed the home team in 1993.
A new empty nester, his greatest pride remains his four beautiful children, who live in Nagoya, Japan, Birmingham, AL, College Station (Aggie Freshman), and Dallas, Texas…all amazing. His second great delight is the privilege of working with the team of people that surrounds him each day at IPT.
Riley graduated from the University of Mississippi in 2007 and worked in commercial real estate before transitioning to a sales role for a premium leather manufacturer in 2009. Riley joined IPT in 2011 to offer his clients more options and creative solutions for their event and promotional needs. In his free time, Riley enjoys running, Crossfit, duck hunting, bass fishing, doing anything outdoors, and spending time with his wife, daughter, and dogs.
National Account Director
Ray Hoffman is a 13 year veteran of IPT, overseeing all aspects of accounting activities, and he is also a US veteran, having served 13 years in the US Air Force where he obtained the rank of Captain. Ray went on to earn a Master of Accountancy degree from University of Tulsa, and was introduced to the promotional products industry when he went to work for Case/Dunlap in Dallas, Texas. Case/Dunlap is the same promotional agency that gave Barney Inman his start in 1982; although, the two did not work there at the same time. When Ray is not at the office, which is seldom, he can often be found in the midst of a political campaign, holding elections as a precinct judge, or helping conduct elections as a precinct worker.
